Hobson, United States Navy rear admiral, politician, and anti-drug activist, to Mason Letteau of Los Angeles, on the letterhead of the International Narcotic Education Association, a Los Angeles based group founded by Hobson and dedicated to the fight against opium, morphine, heroin, and cocaine. Following the letter are two pages of printed text titled "Five Years of Notable Achievement A Partial Record of the Activities of the International Narcotic Education Association and the World Conference On Narcotic Education," printing by a detailed timeline of the successes of the organization in the fight against narcotics.
