This cookbook was produced to raise funds for "our newly acquired college," and was edited by Lulu S. Wolford, assistant state superintendant for Nebraska. Includes a wide variety of recipe,s including several related to the college such as Cottey College Sandwiches, coffee for sixty persons, and Cottey College Cake.
