Today known as the Battery Court Historic District, the area was developed by the Highland Park Realty Corporation, during a time of rapid suburban development influenced by the "City Beautiful" movement. This sheet prints a map of Battery Court situated within the greater Richmond area, accompanied by a subdivision map titled "Plan of Battery Court Addition". It is accompanied by promotional text, i.e. "Compare the Location and Distance of Battery Court Addition with Lee Monument and don't forger the difference in Price. A Great Opportunity.
