Some of the recipes are attributed. Includes a 4.5 page section of "Italian, Mexican and Spanish Dishes", and a brief section of "Hawaiian Dishes" (containing three recipes, one for Koele Palau, and two for Hawaiian Baked Bananas). There are also numerous local advertisements at the beginning and end of the book. UC Berkeley and Los Angeles Public Library only in OCLC.
