The first two pages prints rules and regulations for submissions, i.e. "Samples of the articles bid for are required in all cases." The remaining pages print a list of needed supplies, together with blank spaces in which contractors could fill out the quantity and prices they could offer. Examples include "86 doz Pepper sprinklers, glass", "desks, school, with seats, double, No. 1, for scholars 18 to 21 years old," "corn-planters, 2-horse," mattresses, stoves, tools, farm equipment, and much more.
