Undated, but one of the ads is dated 1925. Includes a recipe for Gefilte fish by a Jewish resident, Mrs. M.R. Shapiro, as well as recipes for cornflake tamale loaf and Petaluma cheese tarts, plus recipes making use of local agriculture, including prunes and dates. The book also includes a 3.5 page section of "Spanish and Italian Dishes," such as enchiladas, chile con carne, and ravioli. The contributor of each recipe is named. Four in OCLC.
